By Executive Order: Automotive Act
All persons of the nation have the right to drive an automobile as a constitutional right. The nation will make driving a car as easy as possible and with as little restrictions and penalties as possible for the right to have both a license and a car. This order shall apply to all states, provinces, and federal agencies and include all law making apparatuses.
